What do you have gratitude for? Can you list 10 things?25?50?100? Are you willing to set some time aside and actually list the things you are grateful for? Even if it is an ongoing list, have that list somewhere where you can continually add to it.
Let's use HEALTH as an example:
HEALTH: your breath and the ability to breath, your eyesight to see, your ears to hear, your nose to smell, your mouth to taste and communicate, the body and all it does, your brain, your mind, your cells, your emotions, your mental health and how you deal with things, etc.,
Be grateful, it will bring more things to be grateful for regardless of what is going on in your life. It will change your energy right away. What makes it even more satisfying and meaningful is when you can really feel those things you are grateful for and stay in the feeling of them as long as you can.
