Session gifts are 30 minutes (Wednesdays are clients days right now online) and all content provided is for informational purposes only.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes overall healing. 

Distance sessions are equally as effective as in-person. The same benefits happen. The Reiki energy knows where to go and what to do to heal for the highest good.

Added value: after the session you are put on our Reiki list for focused healing. 

What to do and expect for your session? 

. For your focused appt time we ask you to be in a comfortable position (30-45 minutes).. Through our contact form you can send us what your intention is before your session and focus on that before and during the session. 

Be open to knowing that energy will be flowing to you and be aware of what comes up during the session and days following. Please know regardless of what you do during the session time, the Reiki energy will still be flowing to you, Focusing on your breathing(deep) will help as well as hydrating with water. 

We find if you read our Guidance section before booking the session it helps for clarity on your true intention(s) for your session.. 

 A good healer knows they can't heal anyone else but can assist in the person's own healing.
