Forget everything you thought you knew about the word dynamic or to be dynamic. To understand our DYNAMIC(s) one needs to understand its essence and its definition and how we refer to it (of a person).
The word dynamic has its origins in French dynamique or New Latin dynamicus (relating to physical force or energy) and the Greek word dynamis (force, strength, power, potentiality). The first known use of the word dynamic was in 1744 (adjective: of or relating to physical force or energy) and 1868 (noun: a force or factor that controls or influences a process of growth, change, interaction, or activity).
Dynamics definition has evolved to (of a person): positive in attitude, full of energy and new ideas, motivates, constantly changing and growing, full of potential, always 'becoming' something.
Being dynamic is usually thought of about extroverts, while introverts can equally have a dynamic character as their introspection has all the same qualities mentioned in the definition above. Our research has shown that a dynamic person focuses on who they are, not their titles, labels or what they do. They are their true, authentic self, one with the energy force and power within.

We have provided content for guidance below mostly in the form of questions. Questions bring awareness, possibilities and opportunities. Stay open to clarity and inspiration from them. Remember, this is about you and your journey. It is your life so refrain from asking to know about someone else, controlling someone else or use them as an excuse or distraction. The Universe (or whatever word works for you) is inclusive so you cannot create for others. Others situations and opinions are part of their journey, so let it be. Your focus should be on you for this section. Fill yourself up and it allows you to be better for others.
Some questions below will resonate right away. Asking yourself some questions may not feel good initially. They may bring up resistance, they may trigger you.
~You may have to look at some of your beliefs.
~You may have to adjust your thinking to see what the opportunities are in front of you.
~You may have to stop making excuses.
~You may have to let go of blaming others.
~You may have to transform your past patterns.
~You may have to admit you know what you know and have to follow that knowing regardless of others input and that could change everything!!!

Now go ask yourself the questions below.
Some questions to ask yourself when there is a subject matter/situation/person/condition that needs clarity. Some questions below are similar but asked in a different way. There is no right or wrong answers, just YOUR answers and what serves YOU.
Pick as many numbers that serve you between 1-47 and see how they relate to you. Take one and really spend the time on it to transform it into what you want now, instead.
1. What is your own inner guidance or intuition directing you on this?
2. If this situation/subject matter or issue was already resolved or complete what would it look and feel like for me? (even when it is not - this allows you to go past the issue and onto the resolution which changes the energy of it. This changes your attraction point). Another way of asking that is: Since I can have everything I want about this subject...what would it truly be?
3. Knowing that everything starts from within, have I done a check in with myself about if this is really what I want to choose? Does it feel good?
4. Am I willing to see the gift in any situation? Seeing it through different 'eyes' and perspectives can change anything.
5. Am I doing what I think I need to do or what I want to do?
6. Are you stuck in the 'what is,' or 'reality stage'? Reality is just what is in this moment. Stop telling the story over and over. What do you want instead? Focus on what you want, not what is or what you don't want. Energy is always moving so feel the essence of what you want.
7. If specific details are not making you feel good about a subject matter/situation/person can I go more general or bigger picture thinking?
8. Am I trying to control another person, a situation or subject matter and if so, why? Am I in a good place to help others?
9. If you don't know specifically what you want, ask-how do I want to feel?
10. What is the essence or the qualities of what I want? List them and feel them.
11. Am I willing to change or change something to get what I want? If you weren't in your situation what would you be doing?
12. Am I open to receive what I desire?
13. Do I really want this change I am asking for? Am I addicted to my beliefs or willing to change?
14. Is there anything else possible? Am I open to new possibilities?
15. Do I want to be right or happy?
16. Am I satisfied with what is going on, or settling?
17. What am I choosing right now that is serving or not serving me?
18. How can I think about this differently to feel better? Re-word it focusing on what you want it to be. Tell the new way you want it to be.
19. Am I willing for it to be better than I could imagine for the highest good of all or am I thinking the same thoughts and reliving the same patterns?
20. What point of view am I holding on to about this? Is it serving me?
21. What am I believing about this? Am I open to change those beliefs? Are the beliefs even mine? Are you taking on and holding others beliefs? How can that help them?
22. What will happen if I continue down this path - what will my life be like? 1 year from now? 5 years? 10 years?
23. How has the law of attraction brought this forward for you?
24. Knowing what I focus on and think about expands, what do I want to think about?
25. Are you willing for things to be easy?
26. How can I change from this point of attraction and thinking?
27. Am I willing to make the choice to focus my attention away from this subject that doesn't feel good to things that do feel good?
28. What do I truly want? Who do I want to be in this?
29. Is it more important to defend your beliefs or be open to new ones? Defending your limitations?
30. Are you comfortable with not feeling good? Has it become a habit or pattern?
31. What is the path of least resistance?
32. What needs to change for (...) to unfold? Knowing that others will only change when they are ready, are you able to change yourself so you feel good?
33. What would it take for (....)?
34. If I want peace, love, joy or expansion in this area what would I need to know?
35. How can I feel more satisfied about (...)?
36. What is the information or message I need to hear on (...)?
37. What will help me change my perspective about (...)?
38. What is in my highest good regarding (...) and for all involved?

43. Can you be open to the thought contrast can be a good thing? that it can ring clarity?

45. Are you looking at this through the eyes of love or fear?
46. Are you open for help or feel you need to do it all yourself?
47. Are you willing to see that people are all playing a part in your life here? That you are co-creating with others?
