In Dictionary.com here are the following definitions about the mind:
~ (in a human or other conscious being) the element, part, substance, or process that reasons, thinks, feels, wills, perceives, judges, etc.: the processes of the human mind.
~Psychology. the totality of conscious and unconscious mental processes and activities.
~ the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.
Which of those definitions serve you? When you look up ‘mind’ online there are so many definitions on it plus the nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, synonyms, antonyms and words related to the word mind. This is why we made it its own Dynamic!
Then consider the more recent words around the subject of the mind; mindset, mindful, mindfulness, mental health, mind-body, mind blown, mindful living, mind over matter, mind maps, open mind, mind games, self-care and peace of mind to name a few.
What we will focus on is how do you take care of your mind? Are you training your mind to focus on what serves you and feels good? Are you soothing your mind by soothing yourself? Are you caring about how you feel and what you think about? Do you understand the law of attraction and how that plays a part with your mind? How are you doing any or all of these things?
